Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and street-smart Site Supervisor who can manage the on-site execution of signage installation projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing labor, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time, and maintaining strict adherence to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Labor Management: Arrange and manage on-site labor, ensuring that the workforce is utilized efficiently and effectively.
Project Execution: Oversee the installation of signage boards, ensuring all work is executed according to blueprints and technical drawings.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work performed by the labor force, ensuring that it meets company standards and client expectations.
Time Management: Ensure that all tasks are completed within the designated timelines, coordinating with other teams as necessary to meet project deadlines.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all labor and staff.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work completed, including daily progress reports, expenses incurred, and any issues encountered.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any on-site challenges promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor. Preference will be given to candidates having experience of working in Metro stations or in signage industry.
Strong understanding of blueprint and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
Street-smart with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
Ability to report accurately and maintain detailed records.
