The Food and Beverage Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in the dining area and ensuring the smooth operation of the F&B department. The role involves serving customers, taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations when necessary.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, and provide customers with receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Assist in preparing and setting up the dining area for service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Working Conditions:

• 9-hour shifts with breaks as per company policy.
• 5 days off per month on a rotational basis.
• Uniforms provided, and adherence to the dress code is mandatory.
