Role & responsibilities
Hiring for US Healthcare Recruiter || Hyderabad & Noida location || Upto 6LPA ||
- Candidate with 1-5 Years of recruitment experience in Medical Coding (U.S Healthcare) skillset.
- Should be well aware of the industry .
- Hands-on experience with interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to devise and implement sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (screening calls, interviews, assessments).
- Proficient in using HR workday (Preferred )software and candidate management systems.
- Keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Work Location : Hyderabad ,NCR (Gurgaon /Noida) and Chennai
Qualification :
Graduation /Post Graduation in any stream
